Infineon AG unveils single-chip voltage regulator for cars

In its vision to expand its product portfolio for automotive infotainment applications, Infineon Technologies AG, on 21st July’09, has introduced a world first single-chip linear voltage regulator with integrated diagnosis and car radio system protection functions.
