Mitsubishi Outlander becomes the first BS IV Certified Premium SUV in India

Automobile Research Association of India (ARAI) has certified that HM-Mitsubishi Motors’ ‘Outlander’ has surpassed the BS IV (Bharath Stage Four) emission norms with BS III (Bharath Stage Three) fuel. The certificate - “AAEN0339” was awarded to Mitsubishi Outlander on 30th May ’09.’Outlander’ becomes the first premium SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) in India to be awarded so by ARAI.

REVA rolls green awaremenss campaign in Bangalore on World Environment Day

Reva Electric Car Company (REVA) has rolled out a unique green awareness campaign that aims to test the environment quotient of Bangaloreans via an interactive ‘How Green are you’ campaign on radio. A cavalcade of seven REVA cars each branded with a letter to form the phrase – ‘Go Green’ will be seen going around different parts of the city, spreading the green message. As the cars drive through Bangalore hotspots, people will get an opportunity to take part in the contest upon spotting the green information on the cars.
