Rustam Patel wins 20th Gulf Monsoon Rally 2009 in Mumbai

The 20th 'Gulf Oil's Monsoon Scooter Rally', organized by Sportscraft, took place along the backwoods of Navi Mumbai on 28th June, 2008, flagged off by Ravi Chawla, president, Lubricants, Gulf Oil Limited from its Lady’s Home in Parel after which the riders rode to the eastern side of the city for competition along the backwoods of Vashi, Kombadbhuje, Targhar, Waghilwada and Ohvale.
