According to the latest reports, nearly eight manufacturers (Ferrari, McLaren, BMW, Renault, Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Toyota and BrawnGP) have decided to form a separate setup by breaking away from the present organization. It has been learnt the eight teams have disagreed with the way the FIA has decided in what direction the Formula One should go, and thus feeling the need to create a own championship. The reason cited by the teams for this drastic move is Max Mosley's (Formula one motor racing chief) plan to introduce a voluntary £40 million budget cap in order to make it easier for new teams to enter & smaller ones like Force India and Wlliams to continue.
