Majestic Auto and KGB Global form JV Co

Majestic Auto, of the largest producers of mopeds in the country, has informed BSE that it has entered in to a joint venture (JV) agreement with KGB Global for setting up business of providing a broad range information services. The new business will be set up by incorporating a new joint venture company.

Tata Motors inks MOU with Indian Bank for Fiat car financing

In its endeavour to serve its Fiat customers on a larger scale, Tata Motors, on 1st July'09, has entered into an understanding with the Indian Bank for financing the Italian company's portfolio of cars (which are available through the Tata-Fiat dealer network).
