Fuel-efficiency lables on vehicles to be mandatory by 2011: Jairam Ramesh

While speaking at the sidelines of FICCI conference in New Delhi, Minister for Environment & Forest, Jairam Ramesh, on Sep 2, 2009 informed reporters that by 2011, it will be mandatory for automobile manufacturers.
